The process begins with an initial consultation otherwise known as an estimate. We schedule an appointment for John to meet with you or your business to go over your project. During that time, John will ask you what you are looking to accomplish and what your thoughts, needs, and desires are, how to best utilize your space, etc. The next stage is calculating a price or a contract to plan the design and maintenance of your project. If it’s a landscape design that you are interested in, the next step would be a drawing and a written quote for you. With the quote & drawing we would request that you come to our Garden Center for the presentation. The reason for this is so that we can show you the plant materials that will make up your new landscape and so that you can actually see the plants and hear the reasons that they belong where they are on the design. At that time, if you decide to sign on with us, we will request a deposit. The deposit guarantees you a time slot in our schedule. The next step would be the actual landscaping. Once the landscape is completed we can schedule any of our yearly maintenance options which include the following: Spring cleanup, Mulching, Pruning, and Fall cleanup. The following is a breakdown of these options.
Spring – Clean up of all bed areas, pre-emergent weed control applied to beds and then re-mulching
– Annual flower installation
Summer – Pruning of shrubs
Fall – Fall Harvest Planting, Pumpkins, etc.
– Lawn Renovations
– Clean up
*These components are based on what your needs may be.
